All-inclusive* Pricing:

Single full participant: $9,350 single occupancy

Two full participants: $7,750 per person based on double occupancy

Three full participants: $7,500 per person based on triple occupancy

Single participant + single non-participant: $11,845 (sharing room)

Event participant – Non-lodging: $6300 per person (no room accommodations)

Non-participant fee includes room accommodation based upon sharing room with full participant and 18 event meals. Non-participant rate does not include event presentations, lectures, excursion, educational material, health evaluation, or blood labs.

Payment is due at time of booking.          


*Price includes lodging, taxes, gratuities, food and the entire program provided by Dr. Emerson and his team. It does not include airfare to and from Maui, Hawaii, or ground transportation to the hotel, and any other incidental charges accrued during your stay. 

For hotel guests with children 5-12 years of age, Kids for All Seasons day camp is complimentary.

Dr.Mark2Dr. Mark D. Emerson, DC, CCSP  is an Author, Speaker and Doctor of Chiropractic who specializes in clinical nutrition and natural treatment methods for patients of all ages. Understanding the important link between diet and disease, he has dedicated his career to teaching optimal health through proper nutrition and realistic diet protocols.

Dr. Emerson is an internationally recognized speaker on clinical nutrition and blood lab analysis and diagnosis. Dr. Emerson currently serves at the Health & Wellness consultant at Four Seasons Resort Maui.

Dr. Emerson’s Ultimate Immersion programs offer a complete lifestyle recharge in luxurious settings around the world. With renowned medical and nutrition experts and award winning culinary chefs, the Ultimate Immersion provides a true health and wellness experience to assist his guests in maintaining lifelong health.

Julieanna Hever, MS, RD, CPT  is a Registered Dietitian, the host of the wellness talk show series What Would Julieanna Do? on Z Living Network, author of the new book, The Vegiterranean Diet, and the best-selling book, The Complete Idiot’s Guide to Plant-Based Nutrition, and the nutrition columnist for VegNews Magazine. Julieanna co-authored The Complete Idiot's Guide to Gluten-Free Vegan Cooking and is a recipe contributor to both New York Time Best-Selling Forks Over Knives books.

She counsels a variety of clients throughout the world from her Los Angeles, California-based private practice including elite athletes, adults, and children with various nutritional and/or medical concerns. Julieanna was recently featured on The Dr. Oz Show, The Steve Harvey Show, Reluctantly Healthy, and E! News, co-stars on The Chef and The Dietitian, on numerous radio shows, and lectures extensively throughout the United States and beyond. She is published in prominent journals, magazines, blogs, and newsletters.

Julieanna received her Bachelors degree from UCLA and Masters of Science in Nutrition at California State University, Northridge, where she also completed her Dietetic Internship. She has taught as part of Dr. T. Colin Campbell’s eCornell Plant-Based Nutrition Certification Program, worked as a clinical dietitian at Century City Doctors Hospital, and consults for numerous organizations.


Derek-SarnoChef Derek Sarno,  joined Whole Foods Market in 2009 as a chef and culinary educator to support the company’s Health Starts Here™ program. In his current role as senior global chef, Derek serves as a culinary resource across all departments within the company and oversees R&D including recipe and product development.

Derek is co-founder with his brother Chad Sarno of Wicked Healthy Food and he is the author of books on vegan, vegetarian, and animal-based cuisines.

Craig Dryhurst DocEmerson Immersion



Chef Craig Dryhurst, Executive Chef at Four Seasons Resort Maui, has spent his entire adult life working in 5-star kitchens in London, France, the East Coast, and Vancouver before landing in Maui. Joining Four Seasons Resort Maui's award-winning culinary team in 2014, Chef Dryhurst brings his innovative style to the Resort's two restaurants, DUO Steak & Seafood and Ferraro's Bar e Ristorante.

Most recently, Chef Dryhurst designed The Wellness Menu in collaboration with Dr. Emerson to support The Spa's comprehensive wellness program. Craig will be instrumental with the delicious, healthy, 5-star meals served during Dr. Emerson's Ultimate Health & Wellness Immersion Event.
